Low Cost Delivery

Our fast UK mainland delivery is available at the lowest possible prices to help you save as much money as possible. Our delivery prices depend on the delivery postcode and we can often provide FREE DELIVERY to certain areas.

Once you click "Add for Delivery", you can then enter your postcode and our website will calculate the best delivery price for you. Alternatively, please use the postcode-based delivery calculator below. If you are buying more than one item and would like delivery, we will also apply an EXTRA DISCOUNT to the overall delivery price, saving you even more!

Convenient Delivery & Installation

Once you have placed your order, we will contact you by email or telephone to arrange a convenient delivery date. Please note that orders must be placed before 4pm for next day delivery (terms and conditions apply).

We aim to offer a simple and convenient delivery choice. As such, wherever possible, we provide 3 delivery options:

Standard Delivery - we will deliver to your door only.
Special Sunday Delivery - only available on selected items for orders placed on or before Friday 4pm.
Deliver + Unpack + Remove Waste - we will deliver to your preferred room of choice, unpack the item, remove and recycle all waste/packaging.
Deliver + Unpack + Remove Waste + Install - again, we will deliver to your preferred room of choice, unpack the item, remove and recycle all waste/packaging and install the item as per our installation guide.

Recycling Arrangements

When we deliver a new appliance, our home delivery team can take away your old appliance and ensure that it is properly recycled. If this options is available, it will be shown once you Add for Delivery and enter your postcode details. Please click here for further details.

Small Items

We will normally dispatch small items (e.g. Small Appliances, Cleaners & Floorcare, Audio & Hi-Fi, Hobs, Hoods and TVs up to 42" via Parcel Force on a tracked next working day delivery service, subject to stock availability. Please note that orders must be placed before 4pm for next day delivery (terms and conditions apply).

Returns

We try our best to ensure that all our customers are delighted with their purchase. However, if you’ve not used it, you can still cancel your order up to 14 working days from the day it arrived. If you want to return a product after 14 days, please see our terms and conditions.

Payment

We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo.

If your order is for a single item that is in-stock and the item is less than £300, payment will normally be taken immediately. Otherwise, payment will normally be deferred which means that we only take payment from your debit or credit card once we have actually prepared your order for dispatch.
