What is a bundle deal?
If you’re looking to purchase 3 or more products we’ll usually be able to offer you a further saving over our advertised price. Dealing with one company for your entire purchase is usually more straight forward and less stressful than trying to communicate & co-ordinate deliveries with multiple retailers. Any extra saving is the cherry on top!
How does it work?
Simple! On the each product page you’ll see an option “Add For Bundle Deals”; select this option and repeat this process until you’ve selected at least 3 products. Next, fill in your contact details on the form contained within the same page and that’s all you need to do, we’ll take care of the rest and get back to you with a price. Alternatively, if you’d prefer to speak to our friendly team, you can call on 01274 575000 to discuss your requirements.
How soon will I get a price?
If you call us on 01274 575000 we’ll endeavour to provide a price there and then. However, on occasion, our team may need a little time to work on your enquiry to secure you the best price. In any case, we’ll always get back to you within a maximum of 24 hours, if not much sooner.
You’ve provided a great price but it exceeds my budget?
In the current economic climate most of us are having to watch our finances and make compromises. However, if you’re investing in a suite of appliances for your new kitchen or freshening up your living room TV tech you don’t want to compromise too much and regret that decision later. How soon will you be able to deliver?
If all products are listed as ‘In Stock’ then delivery is typically next-day (dependant on your location) if your order is confirmed before 3pm. For ‘On Order’ or ‘Special Order’ products we’d usually need 3-5 working days to order stock in for you. The Sales Executive dealing with your enquiry will discuss all this with you before taking your order.
I want to proceed but I’m not ready for delivery yet?
No problem! We understand that if you’re buying a number of appliances it may coincide with some larger scale work you’re having done on your property and we can hold the stock for you until a more convenient time. To do this, and to secure you the stock at the prices quoted, we’ll just need a 20% deposit payment upfront with the balance to be paid on arrangement of delivery.
